About the Program |
Congressman Lloyd Doggett, a senior member of the House Ways & Means Committee, is seeking a tax policy fellow. Primary responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing tax legislation, providing research and support in advance of Ways and Means Committee hearings and markups, meeting with advocates and stakeholders, and attending briefings, hearings and other tax-related meetings and events. Ideal candidate would be a law student or recent law school graduate with coursework in tax, tax policy or a related field, and preferably someone with an interest in tax and budget policy or experience in a related field. |
