About the Program

The Research Associate – Summer Intern will be responsible for providing research support for the executive search business within the Washington, DC office. The Intern will work with consultants, senior associates, and research associates on an assignment basis. He/ she will work with the team to identify candidates, as well as work on long-term business development projects. Additionally, Interns will be encouraged to participate in professional development sessions with Korn Ferry colleagues in order to gain insight into the executive search industry and to develop professional skills.

  • Prior internship experience in a professional office environment is a plus.

Academic Requirements

Preference will be given to college juniors and seniors, although applications are welcome from all grade levels. Interns must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship program.
