About the Program

The Geneseo Migrant Center administers a variety of scholarships, linked below, to offer financial assistance to migrant students who want to further their education. Gloria Mattera National Migrant Scholarship Fund Frank Kazmierczak Memorial Migrant Scholarship Berrien Fragos Thorn Arts Scholarships for Migrant Farmworkers Migrant Farmworker Baccalaureate Scholarship Jean DeGrace Crandall Memorial Scholarship Fund Margaret Raley New York State Migrant Student Scholarship Robert Apicella Good Samaritan Migrant Scholarship Friends of Senator Jack Perry Migrant Scholarship Aurelio "Larry" Jazo Migrant Scholarship Juanita Crippen Memorial Scholarship Leah Levy Memorial Scholarship Sources of Aid for College Scholarship Fund Contributions: The Geneseo Migrant Center has provided financial assistance to students across the country with a recent or ongoing history of movement to obtain work in agriculture since the inception of its first scholarship fund in 1974. Over the years, the number and size of the Center’s scholarship offerings have grown thanks to the generosity of many individuals. The Geneseo Migrant Center is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; therefore, donations to its scholarship funds are tax deductible. Contributions may be sent to: Geneseo Migrant Center Scholarship Funds 3 Mt. Morris-Leicester Road Leicester, NY 14481 (585) 658-7960 Toll Free: (800) 245-5681 Unless otherwise specified, donations will be applied to the Gloria Mattera National Migrant Scholarship Fund.
