About the Program

Overview: AcademyHealth, the professional home for health services and policy researchers, is currently seeking an intern to provide administrative support to its public and population health program. The successful candidate will assist with a range of tasks designed to support the public and population health team. Responsibilities include: -Providing administrative support for meetings, workshops, and webinars. -Performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including drafting participant lists, meeting materials, and meeting minutes; creating, updating, and maintaining databases. -Using social media, including the project’s Twitter handle, and proposing content for AcademyHealth’s membership social media platform, LinkedIn groups, and blog. -Identifying potential audiences for new programs. -Researching health policy topics and scanning for related journal articles. -Maintaining and updating project website.
