About the Program |
Responsibilities · Assist with daily social media activities, including creating content daily on Facebook and Twitter; fostering follower engagement through conversations/replies; and monitoring related activity to ensure compliance with relevant community standards. · Create engaging conversations on all social channels to drive engagement and participation. · Coordinate and increase fan/follower engagement on all social channels. · Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate the key learning into actionable insights. · Report to Director of Social Media successes and lessons learned. · Ability to adjust tactics based on analytic data. · Promote social media tactics as a fundamental part of the marketing media mix. · Work with internal teams to maximize efficiencies and maintain a fluid message to the target audience. Requirements · A strong team orientation with a positive, upbeat, professional and responsible attitude. · Ability to manage projects in collaboration with internal and external team members. · Exceptional communication skills, as well as experience writing in a distinct brand voice. · Working knowledge of and experience with social media measurement platforms. · Flexibility and the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. |
