About the Program |
Working in the Defense Budget, Manpower and Management Section of the Foreign Affairs, Defense and Trade Division, the intern will conduct research on military personnel policy topics related to military compensation and force structure, and draft written products based on this research. The ideal candidate will have some prior background in military personnel policy; superior research and writing skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; and proficiency with standard Microsoft Office products. Graduate students and Ph.D. candidates with a concentration in public policy, national security, government, or political science are encourage to apply. |
