Requirements

Description

Duties May Include:
• Assist with the management of a supply inventory system
• Perform research on vendors and prepare cost benefit analysis
• Process improvement
• General office duties as required (e.g. filing, answering phones, copying, mailing,        faxing).
• Special projects as assigned
• Exert organizational skills and eye for detail!

Academic Requirements

To apply, you must be enrolled as a full time student (minimum 9 units/credits per semester), must have verification of college enrollment or be a recent college graduate as this is an unpaid internship. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of two full days a week (9:30 AM – 6 PM) with a full semester or 3 month commitment. Recent graduates along with applicants who are pursuing a degree in journalism, PR, communications, marketing, and fashion are encouraged to apply.
