About the Program |
The NAHJ Student Projects is an intensive one-week media training project for college students. The Latinoreporterdigital.org delivers constantly updated breaking news and information produced by the projects, which operate as a single newsroom. Student journalists get front-end training in the skills needed to create and distribute news and information in today’s changing environment. The students focus on producing content for the interactive website, and will also produce a TV newscast, and radio podcasts that will stream on-demand over the Web. The project team will produce blogs, videos, slide shows and deliver news via mobile and social networking technologies, all while sharpening their journalistic skills. |
