Blueprint Schools Network (Blueprint) is a nonprofit organization that uses a research-based framework of comprehensive reform strategies to accelerate achievement in the nation’s highest need schools.

Blueprint partners with school districts to plan, implement, and monitor school improvement efforts with the goal of dramatically improving the educational and life opportunities for all students.

Blueprint Fellows Program

Description: The Blueprint Fellows Program is a year-long full-time academic tutoring program in urban schools across the country. The Program is part of a larger school reform effort designed to accelerate achievement in high need schools. Partner schools are currently located in Houston, Denver and Massachusetts. Blueprint Fellows are received a $20K salary and healthcare coverage and may receive a bonus of up to $5K based on attendance and student performance measures upon successful completion of the year-long commitment of service.
